Kathleen McGowan, the bestselling author of a series of Mary Magdalene novels, will be leading two Sacred France tours in May, but they are nearly filled up.
Secrets of the Cathars and Mysteries of the Magdalene happens May 14 – 21, 2013, and that is followed immediately by In the Footsteps of Mary Magdalene May 21 – 28, 2013.
Kathleen’s husband, Filip Coppens, who had been looking after the paperwork for their tours, passed away December 30, 2012. For this reason Kathleen is requesting that anyone who believes they are signed up for either one of her Sacred France or Sacred Scotland trips this year to let her know as soon as possible. Although the Sacred Scotland tour has been sold out for several months, there is still some space left on the two France itineraries.
On a related note, Kathleen also hinted that there may be more tours in the future. She said that she may do a Writer’s Grail retreat in the Fall, either to be held in France or Scotland. If she should decide to offer such a program, Body Mind Spirit Journeys will be very interested.

UPDATE Jan. 23, 2014 – The “Mastery and Mysteries of Mary Magdalene In Southern France” tour with Kathleen McGowan and Rev. Cynthia James has now been scheduled for June 1 – 8, 2014.
UPDATE Sept. 29, 2015 – Kathleen’s Sacred France tour for 2016 is now sold out. Please check the “Tours by Destination” page of the Body Mind Spirit Journeys website to see if any new programs have been added.
