Two wellness retreats offered by Body Mind Spirit Journeys for the Spring of 2012 share some common elements. They both will interest people who enjoy yoga and meditation. They are are also both being held at locations that are exotic and serene.
The March event is a “Journey to the Heart of Tao.” It features the study of Qigong and Tao Yin Yoga to transform negative emotional patterns into virtues and compassion. Participants will learn how to open their bodies and minds to higher frequencies in order to uphold a more balanced, peaceful, and harmonious life. The destination is Thailand.
Our April retreat is designed for “Discovering Your Inner Radiance” and it will be held on the Island of Kaua’i in Hawaii, in an area rich with powerful, spiritual energy. The tour leaders are Alexina Mehta and Tiberiu Gozner. Alexina is a naturopathic physician with training in Energy Medicine, Yoga, Pilates, and Nia Dance. Tiberiu practices Life Coaching and Energy Healing, and enjoys working with people to assist them in reaching their highest potential.
Leaders of the Thailand Tao Retreat are Minke de Vos and Grand Master Mantak Chia. Minke is a top teacher of Qigong, Tao Yoga, self-healing and Kundalini Development. Grand Master Chia is the founder of the Universal Healing Tao System and the director of the Universal Healing Tao Center in Thailand.
