tao resort meditation hallThe first half of our retreat will be spent at the wonderful Tao Garden Health Spa & Resort, where we will be immersed in the teachings of Tao Basics of Energy Cultivation with Master Mantak Chia. Our course will focus on the following areas of study: Inner Smile, Six Healing Sounds, Opening of the Microcosmic Orbit, Iron Shirt Qigong, and Tan Tien Qigong. These Universal Healing Tao principles will build in you a strong foundation for cultivating your creative energy for healing and spiritual development. During this time we will practice meditation, Qigong and Tao Yin Yoga to transform negative emotional patterns into virtues and compassion, and learn how to open our bodies and minds to higher frequencies in order to uphold a more balanced, peaceful, and harmonious life.

Here, we will practice in beautiful outdoor environments to align ourselves with heaven and earth, and tap into abundant sources of energy. This lush environment is ideal for channelling your sexual energy into the dynamic inner alchemy of masculine and feminine energies. Classes with Minke de Vos,will deepen the embodiment of the Tao Basics and Healing Love practices learned at Tao Garden and enhance this wisdom with further teachings. Enjoy morning and evening qigong practices along with daily movement exercises, meditations and discussions.
