You may not know it, but – deep inside – you are probably longing to visit Albion. I’m talking about the land more commonly called “Britain” – England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
Some etymologists believe the name came from “albus,” the ancient Greek word for white, because of the white cliffs of Dover, visible across the channel from France.
When Francis Drake landed in California in 1579, he called the place New Albion, and when Canada’s Confederation was being planned in 1867, “Albion of the North” was proposed for its name.
But I’m pretty sure you’re more interested in the real, old Albion. If so, you’re in luck! Because we’ve just opened up registration for three of our most popular tours – to Ireland, Wales and Scotland.
Onwards to Albion…

Mysterious Wales, Land of Merlin
Our small group will explore the Welsh realm of dragons, druids and saints May 14 – 23, 2024.
One of the things that makes our tours to Britain so special is the expert guests who assist hosts Jamie George and Linda Marson, and this Wales program is no exception. Tour members will get to meet and learn from Halo Quin and Kristoffer Hughes.
Halo Quin is both an initiated Witch and a Druid in the Order of Bards, Ovates & Druids. She is a storyteller, singer and songwriter, and the author of Gods and Goddesses of Wales and Faeries, Folktales, and Spirits.
Kristoffer is Chief Druid of the Anglesey, Wales Order, and the author of four books including Exploring the Magic of Welsh Legend & Lore and The Book of Celtic Magic. He will lead our group in a Druid ceremony at the Neolighic burial changer of Bryn Celli Ddu (the Mound in the Dark Grove).
Also featured in our Wales tour:
- Snowdonia and the Fairy Glen at Betws y Coed
- Bryn Celli Ddu and Beaumaris Castle on the Druid Isle of Anglesey
- St David’s Cathedral
- Gower Peninsula and Carmarthen, the city of Merlin

Sacred Scotland, Adventure in the Highlands and Islands
This July 23 – August 1, 2024 small group program is designed as a transformational journey. Tour co-host Linda Marson is a professional Tarot card reader. She will do a reading for you to explore the personal messages you may find at the sacred sites and landscapes.

Here are additional highlights:
- The sacred Isle of Iona, founded by Saint Columba, and burial site of medieval Scottish kings including the real Macbeth
- Perform a Druid ceremony at the 4,000-year-old burial site, Clava Cairns
- Visit the Fairy Glen on the Black Isle
