PRICE PER PERSON (Land Only)
Double Occupancy: $3,890 by check or money order or $4,095 by credit card
Single Occupancy: $4,440 by check or money order or $4,675 by credit card (limited availability)
INITIAL DEPOSITS
$500 ($525 by credit card) Non-Refundable deposit is required to hold space.
FINAL PAYMENT
Due on or before August 5, 2018
CANCELLATIONS & Refunds: Your deposit of $500 ($575 via credit card) secures your place on the tour and is non-refundable unless your place is transferred to another traveler by yourself before August 5 2018. Should you cancel and you secure a replacement, there will be a $500 ($525) cancellation fee. These fees are in addition to any penalties imposed by airlines and hotels, RMC recommends trip interruption/trip cancellation insurance. Cancellations after August 5, 2018 are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To avoid major cancellation charges, we urge you to take out trip cancellation/interruption travel insurance. Trip cancellation & trip interruption Travel Insurance information and brochure will be sent with your confirmation.
Credit card payment via PayPal: BMSJ accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover and processes all its credit card charges via PayPal.
Tour Pricing: BMSJ offers a 5% discount on the published Tour Price if ALL payments are made by check or money order. This discount will be listed as a credit on your final statement. Quoted prices are based on the tour origination locations indicated the tour itinerary page and registration form. BMSJ will always be happy to assist you with any flight arrangements. The advertised cost for each tour is based on an established minimum level of participation. Should the group for any tour fall below this number, each traveler MAY be assessed a surcharge. IF this is enacted, the surcharge amount is dependent upon the final number of persons traveling in the group. BMSJ makes every effort not to have to enact a surcharge, but if we do, we keep it as small as possible. If assessed a surcharge, you will be notified of the amount at least three weeks before the departure date. Payment is due upon notification,and must be received in our NY office 14 days before the tour departure date in order for your final tour documents to be mailed out in a timely manner. If the payment arrives later and necessitates that BMSJ mail your documents with expedited service, you will be responsible to pay for these costs. Should the trip fail to achieve minimum participation, BMSJ reserves the right to cancel the tour, and RMC will refund in full any payments received.
Required Tour Documents: A valid passport must be held by each passenger.
Revisions and/or Changes to pre- or post-tour individual arrangements booked for passenger by BMSJ: There will be a $100 nonrefundable payment per person to revise the Reservation. If the new itinerary is accepted by the passenger, this will be applied toward the final cost. No research will be done until this fee has been received. Once accepted, there will be an additional charge of $20 for each additional email, phone call or fax to change the new itinerary. This charge is over and above any charges imposed by airlines, hotels and/or ground operators.
Accommodations: Based on twin-bedded rooms with bath or shower as indicated. You are assigned accommodations as the guest of the facility selected. The tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category.
Meals: Meals will be provided as per the final trip itinerary. Any foods or beverages not included in the program and purchased by you will be at additional cost. Tour price includes only foods and beverages that are provided to the entire group.
Sight-seeing: As specified in itinerary. Entrance fees are included.
Tour shortfall supplement: The advertised cost for each tour is based on an established minimum level of participation. Should the group for any tour fall below this number, each traveler may be assessed a surcharge dependent upon the number of persons travelling (usually between USD $100 and USD $300 per person). We make every effort to keep the surcharge as small as possible. If assessed a surcharge, you will be notified of the amount at least two weeks before the departure date. Payment is due upon notification. In the event that we do not have the minimum number of participants we reserve the right to: add a 10% small group surcharge or cancel the tour. In either case, you will be notified as soon as possible. In the event of a tour cancellation, you will receive a full refund or you may transfer to another trip.
Land transportation: As specified, by coaches and/or minivans
Tour Cost Inclusions: Tour costs and what they include are listed on the itinerary for each tour. Unless indicated otherwise on the tour itinerary, the tour fee includes: accommodations in double occupancy, meals as indicated (any foods or beverages not included in the program and purchased by you will be at additional cost. Tour price includes only foods and beverages that are provided to the entire group), all transportation during the tour, sightseeing as specified in the itinerary, entrance fees for parks and other areas, and services of a tour leader. The tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category. Tour costs are based on group rates and no refunds will be given for unutilized services.
Tour dates, delays & route changes: Since schedules are determined up to a year-and-a-half in advance, changes in dates may have to be made. It is also possible that route changes, delays, or postponements may become necessary. This could happen due to inclement weather, political restrictions, or any other cause. In this event, you will have no right to a refund and Sacred Earth Journeys and its suppliers will have no obligation in respect to such changes, except as follows:
If the land content of a tour is delayed, we will arrange, at no additional expense to you, accommodation for you for the duration of the delay. If the scheduled place of departure, of the land content of the tour, is changed, we will arrange, at your expense, substitute means of transportation from the original point of departure to the rescheduled point of departure.If the scheduled duration of the land content of the tour is shortened more than 24 hours, we will make a refund based on the number of complete days by which the trip was shortened.BMSJ & Sacred Earth Journeys and its suppliers reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case any payment you have made to BMSJ will be refunded in full. You will not be entitled to make any further claims for compensation or damages, for any loss, consequential damage, expenses, loss of time, or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation
Local Hosts and guides: Listed Escorts, Local Hosts and Guides are subject to availability and will be hosting your itinerary wherever possible. However, due to scheduling or circumstances beyond our control, there may be some times when the featured local Host or guide is not available. If this occurs, BMSJ and Sacred Earth Journeys will provide a comparable and experienced substitute.
Not Included: Items of a personal nature such as laundry, drinks and telephone calls, as well as any item that is not specifically detailed in the brochure or final trip itinerary.
Consumer Disclosure Notice Disclaimer of Liability: RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Sacred Earth Journeys and cooperating agencies act only in capacity as agents for the passenger in all matters connected with hotel accommodations, sight-seeing tours and transportation, whether by air, rail, bus, motorcar, boat or any other means and as agent holds itself free of responsibility for any damage occasioned by any cause. RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Sacred Earth Journeys and/or its agents will not be responsible for any damages or expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of transportation schedule, strikes or to their conditions, nor will we be responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passengers’ belongings. All prices quoted are correct at time of brochure printing, include the cost of operation of the tours, and are subject to currency and airfare changes. RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Sacred Earth Journeys its parent corporation and affiliates, officers, employees, servants and agents shall not be responsible for personal injury, death or property damage as a result of force majeure or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or tour participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for, or on behalf of RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Sacred Earth Journeys or for transportation, accommodation or sight-seeing provider or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered in connection with these tours. RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Sacred Earth Journeys will not assume any additional expenses. On advancement of deposit to this agency, the depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above stated terms & conditions. Valid from 7/1-11/11/2018.
RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Sacred Earth Journeys retain the right to withdraw a tour or decline to accept any person as a member of the tour or make changes in the published itinerary whenever in sole judgment of conditions warrant or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the passengers. RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Sacred Earth Journeys are not responsible for any physical, emotional reaction or trauma or ailment, during the tour or occurring after the tour.
Insurance Protection Plan: We strongly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE to protect against cancellation fees and additional travel expenses that may incur before, after or during the trip. With your reservation confirmation, BMSJ will send complete details on its insurance program.
