A Personal Message from Kathleen
Majestic. Mysterious. Magical. These are the first of many words that come to mind when someone mentions “Bosnia” to me. Another is “life-changing.”

If you want something truly awesome to look forward to in 2017, with a sense of awe, adventure and off the charts spiritual power, I am announcing my tour to the stunning, life-changing destination of Bosnia with Dr Sam Osmanagich.  Sam  discovered the Bosnian Pyramid Complex and is a true to life Indiana Jones character, as well as a great friend who Filip called Brother. It will take place in the first two weeks of September, and it is going to be off the charts. This journey combines the best of what I do in my spiritual books (visions of Mary in Medjugorje, how the Bosnian Bogomils and Cathars are related, viewing ancient tombstones that say: THE TIME RETURNS) and the best of Ancient Aliens mysticism: who built these astonishing pyramids, what were they for, and why is the world of traditional archaeology so afraid of them?

Bosnia is so geographically beautiful, the people are incredible and stunning inside and out, and Sarajevo is one of the most fascinating historical cities on earth, where East literally meets West – it is half influenced by the Austrian-Hungarian empire and half by the Ottoman Turks. And it is VERY SAFE. Oh, and did I mention that Bosnian wine tasting is a fantastic experience??

And for my Sacred France friends, our beloved Isobel Denham – who has had a home in Bosnia for twenty years – will also be guiding this amazing journey! How could I do it without her when she taught me so much of what I know about Bosnia?? Isobel takes us through the Bogomil/Cathar connections and they will amaze you.

Here is a taste of how brilliant Dr Sam is, and how the Bosnian Pyramids may just be the source of changing the world.

Please join us in a life-changing journey to the beautiful land of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the small, heart shaped land in the heart of old Europe. It is difficult to decipher the many mystical influences that have merged into this tiny Balkan country, including the extraordinary recent discovery of its 34,000 year-old pyramids.

This will be a journey where science meets spirituality, a true adventure that will take your historical and spiritual understandings to a new level.

Hosted by Kathleen McGowan, Dr. Sam Osmanagich, discoverer of the Bosnian Pyramid complex and Isobel Denham.

Your Hosts on this Sacred Journey

Kathleen McGowanKathleen McGowan
International best-selling author of The Magdalene Line series, including The Expected One and The Book of Love, Kathleen is also a globally renowned writer and speaker on consciousness and human potential. She is currently shooting her seventh season of the History Channel’s international hit series, Ancient Aliens, on which she first appeared with her late husband, author Philip Coppens. Philip’s passion for the legacy of the Bosnian pyramids inspired him from his first interactions with Dr Sam Osmanagich in 2005, and he shared that passion with his wife. She has picked up his mantle, and pledged to share the magic and power of Bosnia. This is her first return to the region since Philip’s passing, and the journey will be dedicated to his memory. Kathleen will also bring her expertise on the Mysteries of Mary to Mejugorje.

Dr. Semir “Sam” Osmanagich
One of the world’s leading pyramid researcher, Dr. Osmanagich has investigated pyramids in China, Mauritius, Honduras, Egypt and other parts of the world, he discovered the Bosnian pyramids in Visoko. After the Egyptian experts have confirmed the existence of pyramids in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Dr. Osmanagich is changing the image of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Isobel DenhamIsobel Denham
Activist and humanitarian, “Isy” has been guiding sacred journeys for many years. She first came to Bosnia Herzegovina in 1994 to attend a series of “impossible” Women’s Peace Conferences: organized by local women who had faced the greatest adversity, yet retained their wisdom, kindness and wish for peace and justice. It was here in Bosnia that she first heard, from a holy man at Blagaj, about the Cathar people of southwestern France, and the connections between the enlightened people of both regions. Isy went on to co facilitate holidays in France, for groups of outstanding young people and women of Bosnia Herzegovina; to act as a guide for “Cathar Tours”; and to spend much of her time in continuing to offer her support the women and children of the stunning and inspirational region of Bosnia Herzegovina. Isy is thrilled to be co-facilitating with Kathleen and Dr Sam again.

Day 1-Saturday, September 2: Arrival in Sarajevo (D)
Arrive in Sarajevo and after clearing Immigration and Customs, you will be met and transferred to your reserved accommodations in Saravejo, the capital city of Bosnia Herzegovina. This evening, there is a welcome dinner with Kathleen, Isobel and Dr Sam.

Day 2-Sunday, September 3: In Sarajevo – Exploration to Visoko (B/L/D)
bosnian pyramid tour
After breakfast, our coach takes us for the one-hour drive to Visoko to explore the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids. Our first stop will be Belvedere, and a distant view of the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun. It will be our introduction to the Pyramid Project and the ideal place for photographing. Then we continue towards the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun, the largest and oldest pyramid in the world. Here we visit the archaeological trenches at the northern side where the oldest and best quality synthetic (geopolymer) concrete blocks were uncovered under the layers of soil and vegetation. We start a 20-minute climb (slowly) that includes stairs up the Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun to a height of over 700 feet. We are now standing atop the tallest pyramid in the world. According to the State Institute for Geodesy, the regular pyramid geometry of the northern side perfectly matches Cosmic North with an error of less than one degree. Many Physicists and Engineers have detected the existence of an energy beam coming through the top of the pyramid and experts have measured ultrasound phenomenon on the top of the Pyramid. Dr Sam will also explain other extraordinary features like how the Pyramid resonates at 7.83 Hz (the Schuman resonance) that is the best energy field for humans. As we continue our exploration, we note that the Pyramids are still covered by soil and vegetation, as have been hundreds pyramids in China, Mexico and Guatemala. After our morning exploration, we have lunch prepared by a local women’s organization featuring home-made organic and vegetarian food. Afterwards we return to the hotel for a little rest and free time followed by dinner and our evening Conference: with Dr. Sam Osmanagich: “Pyramids around the World: Pyramid Energy Change Global Consciousness.”

Day 3: Monday, September 4: In Sarajevo – Return to Visoko – (B/L/D)
Breakfast and then return to Visoko to visit the pre-historic “Underground Labyrinth Ravne,” which is located at the meditation block K-2 and what is know as the “Healing chamber.” Next we continue to the Archaeological-Tourist Park Ravne 2, the most beautiful natural complex and located near the entrance of the Underground Labyrinth Ravne. Here we will find several active archaeological sites such as an entrance to the second level tunnels, and the shaped hill “The Bell Tower,” with measured energy phenomena. The Park has a platform for yoga and meditation plus a multitude of exciting places such as an “aura amplifier – stone circles,” A Megalithic block; A geo-punctual circle. An underground spiral, double stone purification labyrinth and a spiral botanical garden. It’s without a doubt the most unique energy park in southern Europe. We will highlight our stay here with a picnic lunch in the Park before returning to our hotel we will have picnic in the Park. Return to Sarajevo for some time to relax before dinner. Later in the evening, we will enjoy a lecture by Dr. Sam on the healing energies of Pyramids, underground tunnels and the development of spiritual senses at megalithic sites.

Day 4: Tuesday, September 5 – In Sarajevo – Excursion to Zavidovici (B/LD)
We depart Sarajevo on our coach to explore the Zavidovici stone spheres in the small village of Zavidovici. Here we will examine man-made spherical stone balls. These stones lay in and around the local steam bed, and were made many thousands of years ago, and are said to be artifacts left over from an ancient civilization. Again, lunch will be prepared by a local community with fresh home-made food from gardens, organic and all-natural ingredients. Return to our hotel, with time for an afternoon session with Kathleen before dinner.

Day 5: Wednesday, September 6 – In Sarajevo – Back to Visoko (B/L/D)
This morning we return to Visoko and a visit to the prehistorical tumulus in Vratnica village and to the artificial conical hill, where electromagnetic and ultrasound beams have been detected on the tumulus top. It’s a powerful energy spot ideal for meditations. Next stop is the Bosnian Pyramid of the Moon, not just any pyramid, but what Dr Sam calls the world’s largest—and oldest—step pyramid. The pyramid is approximately 600 feet high and is the largest stone structure in the Bosnian valley of the Pyramids. Together with the Sun and Dragon Pyramids, they form a perfect equilateral triangle. This pyramid is the second highest pyramid in the world after the great Pyramid of Egypt. Lunch will be at the top of the Pyramid followed by a special Meditation, also at the top of the Pyramid. We then return to Sarajevo where we have some free time for independent exploration before we leave for a special dinner at the local Kibemahala restaurant with its stunning panoramic views of Sarajevo and the surrounding mountains.

Day 6: Thursday, September 7: To Radimlja, Stolac, Daorson, Blagaj-Buna and Mostar (B/L/D)
Morning departure from Sarajevo, with our first stop at Radimlja. Officially this site is described as necropolis and considered as one of the most valuable monuments of the medieval period in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Here Dr Sam will give a scientific argument proving that these monoliths are far more ancient that their current purpose that he feels has been misinterpreted. Then to the nearby little town Stolac, a very mysterious and ancient archaeological site.  Here we stop for lunch and then continue to Daorson, the “Megalithic City” to hear Dr Sam’s theory that the age of this area is 2,300 years is wrong, and that this site is part of European Megalithic culture older than 5,000 years. Continue to Blagai to view the famous an underground Buna river. The caves here have been home to ‘man’ since Neolithic times and the Blagaj has been a place of pilgrimage through many eras – the goddess, kings and Queens, ‘Bogomils’, Sufis and Dervish. We will visit the ancient Sufi House, have a short refreshment break and continue to Mostar, the regional capital of the Herzegovina region of this alluring country and situated in the heart of the Western Balkans. It is hard to sum up the uniqueness of this multi-faceted city – East and West meet on its gleaming, turquoise river in a blend of oriental architecture, Mediterranean air and Balkan beauty. Overnight and dinner in Mostar. Of course, the main attraction is its world-famous bridge that we will visit, although visitors soon find themselves immersed in other sights around its Ottoman Old Town that we visit, such as the Old Bazaar, the Turkish House and one of the many fascinating mosques which have stood in this city for hundreds of years.

Day 7: Friday, September 8: To the Kravice Waterfalls and Medjugorje (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we first go to the beautiful Kravice waterfalls, that cascade 75 feet off a particularly large tuff limestone deposit and onto the lake below. The entire area is full of greenery with chaste trees, poplars and figs all around. Even the tuff formations are green with thick lichen, moss and grass all over them. There are hardly any man made formations near the falls to interfere with the location’s complete natural environment. It’s a perfect way to start our day of touring in this serene natural site. After lunch, we continue to Medjugorje to experience the beauty and peace of this simple village, where we will have the opportunity to share faith with pilgrims from all over the world. First we assemble at St. James Church for a visit. Then follow the path up Apparition Hill where the visionaries first encountered Our Lady. Touch and pray before the cross that commemorates the spot where Mary first appeared to the visionaries. We will have the opportunity to climb Krizevac Mountain, where in 1933 the villagers built a 30-foot high cross on the anniversary of Jesus’ crucifixion. Visit and pray at “Blue Cross,” which is a place of great healings and graces – a very special place at the base of Apparition Hill. Continue to our hotel for dinner and our overnight.

Day 8: Saturday, September 9: To Trebinje (B/L/D)
We leave Medjugorje and stop to see the see the Vjetrenica Caves. Almost on the border with Croatia, the UNESCO-listed Vjetrenica cave system is incredibly deep, disappearing 3.7 miles below the Dinaric Alps into a magical world of subterranean rivers, limestone galleries and glittering lakes. Spectacular tumbling stalagmites and stalactites loom in the semi-darkness of the meandering tunnels and its ever-running waters flow into the Trebisnjica River on the southern edge of the Popovo Polje valley. Skeletons of bears and leopards have been found in the Vjetrenica caves along with primitive drawings dating back 10,000 years, which can clearly be seen etched into the walls. Many hundreds of rare animal species have been discovered here. Afterwards we are off the town of Trebinje for a local lunch of “Peka,” long cooked meat or fish under “iron bell” or fish with wine. This is followed by a special wine-tasting treat at the Podrumi Vukoje 1982 wine cellars. Operating in a limited production of premium quality wines and alcoholic beverages since 1982, the winery employs a controlled processes of fermentation and traditional aging methods in the oak “barrique” barrels kept in underground cellars, and is one of the only winery in the region that produces natural sparkling wine. Afterwards, we continue to dinner and our overnight accommodations in Trebinje.

Day 9: Sunday September 10: To the Island of Lokrum and Dubrovnik (B/L/D)
This morning we are off to visit to local market with opportunity to taste local produce and honey. This is followed by a visit to Tvrdos Monastery for a guided tour and tasting of superb wines in their cellar – wines that monks have been making since 15th century! Next, drive to a small family owned winery to enjoy a tasting of several wines with local Parma style ham and cheese before we continue to head south to the Island of Lokrum. The first written mention of Lokrum was in 1023 in connection with the founding of the Benedictine Abbey and Monastery. According the legend, Richard the Lion Heart was cast ashore here after being shipwrecked in 1192 while returning from the Crusades. The vow he made to build the church on the spot where he came ashore should he be saved was kept. After viewing the Monastery complex, we are off to the “Pearl of the Adriatic,” Dubrovnik for our overnight and dinner.

Day 10: Monday, September 11, 2017: In Dubrovnik (B/D)
This morning we will have a city tour of this UNESCO Heritage Site town. Learn why Dubrovnik is called the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’ as you tour the city’s Stari Grad, or Old Town, with its thick centuries old city walls. See the monasteries and churches, the palaces and the burgher houses, learn the history behind them. Ascend to the walls, getting great views of the city and the sea. See Orlando’s Column, the City Bell Tower, the Rector’s Palace and the Church of St Blaise. Visit Fort Revelin and Minceta Tower and of course see the famous Franciscan Monastery with its pharmacy, one of the oldest in the world. The afternoon is free for independent exploration and shopping before dinner and overnight at our hotel.

Day 11: Tuesday, September 12, 2017: In Dubrovnik Tour Ends
Tour ends after breakfast as you transfer on your own to the airport.
