The Spirit of Africa!
Visiting the great game reserves of Tanzania: the Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara
plus a stay in Zanzibar, a stunning island paradise, and much more!
Late September/Early October 2025
Mambo Jambo (Hello in Swahili),
Are you ready for one of the most memorable trips of your lifetime?
So … “why Africa,” “why a safari,” and “why now?”
The “why Africa?” is because there is no other part of the world to see the “Big Five” – Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Cape Buffalo and Rhino – than in Africa, and no better Game Reserves than in Tanzania. As well as the MANY other amazing creatures that live there.
The “why now?” We want to support their conservation efforts of these magnificent creatures!
And “why a safari?” is because when you see a lion up close; or a herd of elephants in the wild; or the massive Cape Buffalo, it is breath-taking!!!!!! This will be our time to be AMAZED at creation!
Our safari journey will show us some of the greatest concentration of game in Africa as we visit Tanzania’s outstanding Game Reserves such as the Serengeti, Ngorongoro (with a population of over 30,000 animals in a mere 100 square miles) and Lake Mayara, which Hemingway said was the “loveliest scenic gem he had seen in Africa.” Additionally, during our Tanzania stay, we will be spending a day at a traditional Maasai Bhoma village; visit the new Jane Goodall Museum; visit what some believe to be the birthplace of mankind at the Olduvai Gorge and much more…such as the famous “Great Migration.”
After days of the magnificence of the Reserves… we will enjoy the final days of our trip relaxing and exploring the island of Zanzibar! The spectacular white sand beaches of the east coast await us, all while learning about the nature, culture and history of the Spice Islands. A new adventure awaits!
As many of the game lodges we will be using have limited accommodation, the trip will be capped at the number of participants that can join (15). So early reservations will be important so as not to be left out of the unique travel experience.
