JOURNEY TO ANCIENT EGYPT
Hosted by Marta Thomas
January 15 – 25, 2026

with Optional White Desert Tour – January 25 to 28

Experience the best of Egypt… Aswan, Luxor, Karnak, the Valley of the Kings, Abydos, Dendera, Giza, Sakara, Dahshur, Meidum, Lahun, the Hawara Pyramids AND a Nile Cruise!

Nothing you will see in Egypt has changed… The treasures left behind by the Ancient civilizations remain as they have for thousands of years. The energy is as powerful and transformational, and the hospitality to guests is as loving and passionate as always. In fact, the only place where you will see and feel the change is in the eyes and hearts of the Egyptian People…

Leave the crowds behind and discover the ancient metaphysical civilization of Egypt in ways that tourists customarily do not! Connect with the ageless energies of the Great Pyramid during your private entrance into the King’s Chamber. Visit the Giza Plateau, experience first-hand the timeless Sphinx and all her esoteric implications. During the Nile Cruise, see the incomparable Temple of Isis, Edfu Temple and Kom Ombo. In Luxor, learn about the symbolism at the heart of Egyptian philosophy during a magical visit to the enigmatic Temple of Man. Experience a special meditation at the Temple of Sekhmet as you explore magnificent Karnak Temple. Connect with the Sacred Geometry of the Flower of Life at Abydos and receive the divine energies of Hathor at Dendera. The experience is what makes traveling on a Body Mind Spirit Journey… and sharing it with others of like mind and consciousness.

EGYPT TOUR ITINERARY

Day 1, Thursday, January 15: Arrival in CAIRO (D)
Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our representative and escorted to our Pyramid Hotel for our Welcome Dinner and overnight.

Day 2, Friday, January 16: In CAIRO: Touring the GIZA PLATEAU (B/D)
sphinx and pyramidsToday is devoted to the Giza Plateau, where you will visit the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx, Wonders of the Ancient and Modern Worlds. We will have a private entry to the Great Pyramid and private time in the Sphinx enclosure. The total experience of our final initiation in the Great Pyramid cannot be fully expressed in words. There even will be some time for an optional camel ride. Return to our hotel to take time to rest, relax, and integrate before our dinner at the hotel.

Day 3, Saturday, January 17: In CAIRO – Visits to SAQQARA & DASHURE (B/L)
step pyramid at SaqqaraEarly morning departure for magnificent Saqqara and King Zoser’s Step Pyramid. Careful exploration of one of the oldest and important among Egypt’s famous pyramids with tombs expressing their vivid symbolic reliefs. Visit the newly opened Pyramid of Unas, a huge subterranean complex with early pristine hieroglyphic texts and the Serapeum (tombs of the sacred bulls). Then we depart for the Dashure Pyramid, one of the lesser known pyramids. Here we also will see the Bent Pyramid and the Red Pyramid, which have only opened to the public since 1996. Experience the incredible knowledge and use of acoustics by the ancients before returning to our hotel and dinner on our own.

Day 4, Sunday, January 18: To ASWAN and start the NILE CRUISE (B/L/D)
Esmeralda Nile cruise shipToday we transfer to the airport for our short flight to Aswan. Upon arrival you will board your five-star Nile cruise ship. After settling in and lunch, we will visit the beautiful Philae Temple and the famous Aswan granite quarry which has the 1,200-ton Unfinished Obelisk, a structure that very few cranes worldwide could lift today, yet more evidence of the higher technologies used by the ancient Egyptians. Also, we’ll visit the temple dedicated to the Neter Khnum who was the “The Maker of the Ka”. Time permitting, we will take a sail in a traditional felucca among the islands in the Nile. Overnight on our Nile cruise ship.

Day 5, Monday, January 19: CRUISING the NILE (B/L/D)
Kom Ombo templeThis morning with sail to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, the only ancient temple dedicated to two Neters, Horus and Sobek (the crocodile headed Neter of Digestion and Assimilation). We will learn of the indigenous tradition of the ancients’ initiations to Sobek at this site – to overcome fear, namely the fear of Death. You will also see the great information on the many scenes still vivid on the temple walls, such as the medical knowledge of the ancient Egyptians. As you face the temple, the right half is dedicated to darkness and the left side to the light. How appropriate that this was such an important site for initiations. Sail to Edfu for our overnight on our Nile cruise ship.

Day 6, Tuesday, January 20: CRUISING the NILE (B/L/D)
Karkak temple LuxorAfter breakfast, we will take a horse-drawn carriage ride that brings us to the town to Edfu and the Temple of Horus, the Falcon God, and the best-preserved temple on the Nile. It was dedicated to the Neter (“God”) Horus, known as Hor or Heru to the ancients, the principle of the realized male, the Higher Self. This was a great teaching temple and an ancient university. Return to the ship for lunch and enjoy the solitude of a peaceful afternoon sailing the Nile to Luxor. We arrive at Luxor where we have the afternoon free for some independent explorations. Then after dinner we depart the ship to visit the fabulous Luxor Temple and the Temple of Karnak, the world’s largest temple. This huge temple complex in Luxor was one of ancient Egypt’s grandest and most ambitious building projects. Its multiple temple buildings are monuments to a list of pharaohs who all wanted to stamp their mark on the kingdom’s most revered religious sanctuary. This was the house of the gods, and its glories were to be feted by all. During our visit, we will luxorexperience the powerful Chapel of Sekhmet, the Neter who represents the potent and purifying energies of the sun. After, we will visit Luxor Temple where R.A. Schwaller de Lubicz developed his revolutionary Symbolist interpretation of ancient Egypt over the course of fifteen years work on the site. Understood as embodiments or representations of cosmic and organic principles, the “gods” of Egypt (all those bizarre animal headed figures) finally became comprehensible. Fertilization, gestation, birth, growth, maturity, aging, death and renewal are among these principles. Our tour will conclude with a Sound & Light performance. Overnight on our cruise ship.

Day 7, Wednesday, January 21: CRUISE ends and in LUXOR (B/D)
Hatshepsut templeThis morning we disembark from our cruise ship and cross the Nile for our exploration of the sites on the West Bank including the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut’s Temple. In The Valley of the Kings we visit vibrant scenes of ancient daily life and esoteric teachings about the afterlife. The next stop is Queen Hatshepsut’s magnificent Temple to Amun at Der el Bahari. Take a few minutes in one of the out-of the-way areas to connect with the energies of one of the most famous of all the female Pharaohs who colossi at Memnonassumed the male role of “King”. The Temple dedicated to her and built in a semi-circle of cliffs has been described as one of the greatest Egyptian architectural achievements. We also make a brief photo stop at the Colossi of Memnon, the remains of two huge statues of Amenhotep III, and his beloved consort, Tiye, the mother of the famous Akhenaten. After visiting the Colossi of Memnon, we’ll check into our rooms at our hotel where we will have the balance of the day free for independent exploration and shopping. Lunch and dinner on our own.

Day 8: Thursday, January 22: In LUXOR: Touring ABYDOS AND DENDERAH (B/L/D)
Abydos hieroglyphicsThis morning we drive north to Abydos. On our arrival, we will visit the Seti I Temple, the only temple that has nine Holy of Holies. The carvings and reliefs in this temple are incredibly well-preserved. Behind this Temple lies the megalithic underground structure known as The Osirion which has several depictions of the Flower of Life on the huge pillars. After lunch, we will be driven to Dendera where we will visit the incredible Temple of Hathor, with its Star maps depicted on the ceilings and the replica of famous Dendera Zodiac (the original is displayed at the Louvre in Paris), pointing to the ancient origins of astrology and superior knowledge of our Solar System. Back to Luxor for our dinner and overnight.

Day 9, Friday, January 23: To CAIRO & VISIT TO THE GEM MUSEUM (B/D)
Energy Temple CairoAfter breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to the airport for our flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, we check in at our reserved hotel accommodations, have lunch on our own and then begin our day with a visit to the fascinating collections of antiquities at the Egyptian Museum, including hundreds of golden artifacts known as the Treasures of Tutankhamon. Return to our hotel for dinner.

Day 10, Saturday, January 24: In CAIRO: Touring OLD CAIRO (B/D)
After breakfast, we will tour Old Cairo. As ancient as history itself, Cairo occupies a singular place among world cities. With its geographical position as a crossroads, it could be the world’s only city with monuments dating back to four different historical periods – the Pharaonic, the Roman, the Christian, and the Islamic. Old Cairo is a very fascinating place! Overlooking the city is The Citadel that was for 700 years the strategic stronghold of Cairo. Visit the Church of St. Sergius, the site where the Holy Family lived in Cairo. We will also visit Ben Ezra Synagogue, the oldest synagogue in Cairo. Continue with a visit to a perfume shop and then some time at the bazaar on our own before we return to our hotel for our Farewell dinner.
