The Third Annual Magdalene Movement:

Goddesses, Priestesses and Oracles

Featuring Magdalene and the Goddesses: Exploring the awe-inspiring impact of the ancient Matriarchal Cultures of the Mediterranean on our world today

With groundbreaking new research presented by

October 24 – 27, 2019
Santa Fe, New Mexico

Mary Magdalene writing
“Magdalene Activating the 12 Strands” by Cheryl Yambrach Rose

Kathleen McGowan has just returned from a summer of research in the Mediterranean, exploring the goddess and prophetess cultures of Malta, Greece and Turkey. In her inimitable way, she has drawn together the threads of these cultures with her 25 years of research, resulting in some history-shaking discoveries!

This is your opportunity to be the first to witness her unveil these theories. She will bring together the feminist dominated Minoan and Lycian cultures – including the Amazons! (YES, they were a real culture). You will not want to miss the “ah ha!” moments which will come from these presentations!

Because of last year’s destination popularity, we are thrilled to again be in Santa Fe this year, with its stunning location and exceptional cuisine! What a perfect place to come and celebrate the divine feminine and the power of sisterhood! Here you will have an opportunity to experience the sense of place that makes Santa Fe so special. Its fascinating history and cultural fabric through spirituality, history, great food and drink make this a city that is magical, exuberant, colorful and inspirational. Its galleries and diverse visual arts span from ancient traditional to contemporary, making it one of the largest and most important art markets in the country. The countryside is very similar in energy to the Southwest of France, where Magdalene lived and taught for decades.

Here we will celebrate and study the life and teachings not only of Our Lady Magdalena, but also of the ancient goddess cultures who may have inspired the earliest democracies. We will discuss how their past impacts our future – and perhaps even saves ours. There is no better place in the USA to bring forth the energies at this time. Won’t you join us?

PS – We LOVE the men in our lives and honor the Sacred Masculine, but this particular retreat is for women only!

Join Bestselling author Kathleen McGowan for an exciting, provocative and dynamic journey
into feminine power through the essence of Mary Magdalene.

We will all join for breakfast and a full day of workshops and discussions on the goddesses of the ancient Mediterranean. Day 3, Saturday – October 26: Retreat Continues (B/D)

Here at this funky and colorful family owned winery, one of the oldest vineyards in the United States. We will have an opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine or cider outside their gazebo, while watching the hummingbirds. Then we will have an opportunity to experience their petroglyphs near black mesa winerysmall labyrinth followed by viewing the local Petroglyphs, which are the most ancient works of art left by humankind that provide an opening to the past eras of life and help us to discover different aspects of prehistoric lives (which we will discuss over dinner!).  We end our journey with a chance to clear the mind, relax the spirit as the pristine air clears and awakens the senses as we view the rushing waters of the Rio Grande. Return to our Spa hotel for dinner.

You’ll take in the full-sensory glory and wonder of Ra’s hand-hewn expression of universal beauty. And you will experience the silence of this still space, or create sacred sound within the chamber with voice, drum or a collection of crystal singing bowls. The other group will walk the labyrinth, a sacred pilgrimage of inner exploration and transformation. With over 80 tons of local rock to guide the footpath on your way back to your point of creation, you are sure to enjoy the beckoning center altar and ancient invitation to better understand your way in life and reflect on your learnings and challenges. Those listening and willing to rebirth their creative life will be guided along this unicursal footpath by the sturdy beauty of the stones and the soft, nurturing sand underfoot. Then we switch programs with the Cave Sanctuary tour participants walking the Labyrinth, and the Labyrinth group now taking the Cave Sanctuary tour. After completion, we return to our hotel for dinner.
