This special tour offers a broad and varied experience of Damanhur and the Temples of Humankind.

You will be introduced to various aspects of their philosophy in a way that also allows for a practical experience.

It will include:

The Temples of Humankind Dedicated to the divine nature of humanity, the Temples of Humankind is a three dimensional book which recounts the history of Humanity across multiple planes of existence. The Temples is more than a work of art — they are a path of reawakening the Divine Spark, each Hall is a living conduit connecting all the energies of Humanity travelling via the Synchronic Lines.

Damjl, the central area of Damanhur – This was the first territory acquired by a group of enthusiastic researchers who wanted to realize their dreams in the physical. Here you will find the history and philosophy of Damanhur represented through art, stone circuits, altars and more. 

DamanhurCrea – The DamanhurCrea is an art, research and wellness center that hosts various activities and business that share the vision of creating ethical products and services.

Sacred Woods – As the antennas of the underground Temples of Humankind, the Sacred Woods is a place where the elements unite. Here you will find various circuits and spirals dedicated to healing and creativity, in addition to research areas for projects such as the Music of the Plants and Alchemy.

Presentation of the Music and the Plants – The Music of the Plants has been researched as early as 1976. The desire for a profound contact with nature is the inspiration for a device that allows plants and trees to become musicians, giving birth to ‘Plant Concerts’ where traditional musicians perform to the accompaniment of melodies created by the trees.

Stone Spirals and Circuits – In Damanhur, stone spirals and labyrinths are used for many purposes, among them the widening of perception. Walking circuits is a powerful way of to discover new connections between ourselves and nature.

Inner Harmonization Meditation – Inner Harmonization is a Damanhurian meditation technique that combines Eastern knowledge with Western needs to harmonize one’s energies and contact one’s own subtle and spiritual dimension.

Introduction to Spiritual Physics – Spiritual Physics starts where quantum physics ends – opening up to new ways of understanding the world and the universe, making scientific and spiritual perspectives meet.

Rev. Marta Thomas has been coordinating transformative journeys to sacred sites throughout the world for more than two decades. She is an event planner, spiritual counselor, Mayan energy practitioner, crystal skull guardian and sacred site essence maker. She is a member of the board of directors of the Children of the Sun Foundation and the Sacred Site Foundation of South Africa.

Your Itinerary

Day 1 – Saturday, October 5: Depart for Italy

Depart for Italy on your overnight flights to Milan

Day 2 – Sunday, October 6: Arrival in Turin (D)

Morning arrival in Milan and transfer to your reserved accommodations at the Hotel Rivarolo. Time to rest and get used to the time change before your welcome dinner this evening.

Day 3 – Monday, October 7 – Visit to the Federation of Damanhur (B)

Morning Tour of the central area of the Federation called ‘Damjl’ and the centre of Art, Research and Well-being called ‘Damanhur Crea.’   Return to the hotel in the afternoon. Dinner on our own.

Day 4 – Tuesday, October 8 – Visit to the Temples of Humankind (B)

Morning: Visit of the Temples (first part): Hall of the Earth and the Hall of Metals.

Afternoon: Preparation for the visit of the Temples of Humankind, with a special meditation in the Gallery of Selfic Paintings or walking meditation in the Stone Labyrinths (depending on the weather), to prepare for the second part of the visit of the Temples. Visit of the Temples: the Labyrinth, the Blue Temple, the Hall of Water, Hall of Spheres and Hall of Mirrors. Dinner on our own.

Day 5 – Wednesday, October 9 – Inner Harmonizing and Meditation in the Temples of Humankind (B)

Morning: Inner Harmonizing (meditation through breathing, sound and simple positions of the body that stimulate the energy centres).

Afternoon: Meditation in the Temples: the Hall of Earth – facilitated by Damanhurian guides. Return to our hotel and dinner on our own.

Day 6 – Thursday, October  10  – Contact with a Spheroself and Introduction to Damanhurian Healing Arts (B/D)

Morning: Contact with a Selfic instrument, the Spheroself. One of the most interesting fields of research that Damanhur has developed is that linked to ‘Selfica’, an ancient art that involves the concentration and direction of vital and intelligent energies. The experience that we offer is a direct contact through a meditation, guided by a Damanhurian facilitator.

Afternoon: Learning about Damanhur’s research, from the traditional Prana healing to the cutting edge knowledge of Selfica and Prana Selfica – open space for questions on this fascinating subject.

7.30pm – Evening conference on Damanhur researches with the founder and  citizens of the Federation. Dinner at Damanhur. Later, return to our hotel.

Day 7 – Friday, October  11 – Experience the Sacred Wood and Spiritual Physics (B/D)

Morning: Guided visit to the Sacred Wood, open air extension of the underground Temples of Humankind Guided visit to the Tree Village, immersed in the energy of the Sacred Wood, enjoying the Music of the Trees. The research on plant sensitivity began over twenty years ago and it was one of the first research fields that made Damanhur famous around the world. With the use of home produced electronic instruments, which became increasingly more sophisticated, we studied how plants reacted to their environment and measured their ability to learn.

Afternoon: Introduction to Spiritual Physics. This field has been studied and developed in Damanhur for many years. The session will offer an introduction to the great mysteries of the universe. Questions and answers about Damanhur.

6.00 pm – Evening conference with the founder of Damanhur, to be confirmed. Dinner at Damanhur. Return to our hotel.

Day 8 -Saturday, October 12 – Walking the Labyrinths in Nature (B)

Morning:  In Damanhur, stone spirals and labyrinths are used for many purposes, among them the widening of perception. Walking circuits is a powerful way to discover new connections between ourselves and nature.

Afternoon: Time for some optional programs such as:

The Damanhurian massage, using the Stiloself as an intelligent healing tool that works by re-imprinting information onto functional aspects of the body that are weak. It reestablishes the correct energetic balance of the body.

Pranatherapy that rebalances the body through the flow of Prana. Prana affects the subtle bodies positively, and strenghtens and repairs them  where necessary. The result is to fortify the immune system and the  self defence organisms, to open the spiritual pathways for individual evolution and to support and accelerate the healing process.

Beauty Pranatherapy is applied as a specific treatment for tissue regeneration and for aesthetic purposes. It is a very sweet and feminine energy, able to nourish and harmonize the most beautiful parts of us and help them to become visible.

Later return to the hotel and dinner on your own.

Day 9 – Sunday, October 13 – Turin and the Egyptian Museum (B/D)

All day in town. Morning, a guided visit to the Egyptian Museum, a treasure house of ancient esoteric knowledge. In the afternoon, some time for shopping and independent exploration before our Farewell Dinner.

Day 10 – Monday, October 14 – Departure  (B)

After breakfast, depart for the airport and our flights home.
