Reservations and Payments: A completed and signed application must be submitted with payment with a NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $1,700 by check or money order for double occupancy ($1,770 by credit card) or $ 2,100 by check or money order for single occupancy ($2,190 by credit card) to confirm your trip
Price Per Person:
Double Occupancy: $5,100 by check or money order, $5,300 by credit card
Single Occupancy: $6,100 by check or money order, $6,350 by credit card
2nd Payment (due on or before May 31, 2014)
Double Occupancy: $1,700 by check or money order, $1,770 by credit card
Single Occupancy: $2,100 by check or money order, $2,190 by credit card
Final Payment (final installment due on or before July 24, 2014)
Double Occupancy: $1,700 by check or money order, $1,760 by credit card
Single Occupancy: $1,900 by check or money order, $1,970 by credit card
For registrations submitted 60 days or less prior to departure, space will be on request and is subject to availability of hotels. Therefore, we highly recommend that you submit your registration payment as early as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds: Your deposit secures your place on the tour and is non-refundable unless your seat is either transferred by yourself or we can resell it. These fees are in addition to any penalties imposed by airlines, hotels, or cruise ships. Cancellation fees are as follows: Deposit is non-refundable. Additional 25% if cancellation is between 70 and 60 days; From 59 to 45 days, there is a 50% charge. Under 45 days, the charge is 100% of the tour price. RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Demori recommend trip interruption/trip cancellation insurance. See Insurance Protection Plan below.
Credit card payment: RMC accepts American Express, MasterCard, VISA and Discover via PayPal.
Tour Pricing: RMC offers a discount on the published Tour Price if ALL payments are made by check or money order. This discount will be listed as a credit on your final statement. Quoted prices are based on the Tour origination locations indicated the tour itinerary page and registration form. BMSJ will always be happy to assist you with any flight arrangements.
Required Tour Documents: A valid passport must be held by each passenger.
Revisions and/or Changes to pre or post-tour individual arrangements booked for passenger by BMSJ: There will be a $100 nonrefundable deposit per person to initiate the itinerary. If the itinerary is accepted by the passenger, this will be applied toward the final cost. No research will be done until the deposit has been received. Once accepted, there will be a charge of $20 for each additional email, phone call or fax to change the itinerary. This charge is over and above any charges imposed by airlines, hotels and/or ground operators.
Accommodations: Based on twin-bedded or single bedded rooms with bath or shower as indicated. You are assigned accommodations as the guest of the facility selected. The tour operator reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar category.
Meals: Meals will be provided as per the final trip itinerary. Any foods or beverages not included in the program and purchased by you will be at additional cost. Tour price includes only foods and beverages that are provided to the entire group.
Sight-seeing: As specified in itinerary. Entrance fees are included.
Land transportation: As specified, by rail, coaches and/or minivans.
Local Hosts and guides: Listed local Hosts and guides are subject to availability and will be hosting your itinerary wherever possible. However, due to scheduling, there may be some times when the featured local Host or guide is not available. If this occurs, BMSJ will provide a comparable and experienced substitute.
Not Included: Items of a personal nature such as laundry, drinks and telephone calls, as well as any item that is not specifically detailed in the brochure or final trip itinerary.
Consumer Disclosure Notice Disclaimer of Liability: RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Demori and cooperating agencies act only in capacity as agents for the passenger in all matters connected with hotel accommodations, sight-seeing tours and transportation, whether by air, rail, bus, motorcar, boat or any other means and as agent holds itself free of responsibility for any damage occasioned by any cause. RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Demori and/or its agents will not be responsible for any damages or expenses or inconveniences caused by late departures or change of transportation schedule, strikes or to their conditions, nor will we be responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any of the passengers’ belongings. All prices quoted are correct at time of brochure printing, include the cost of operation of the tours, and are subject to currency and airfare changes. RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Demori its parent corporation and affiliates, officers, employees, servants and agents shall not be responsible for personal injury, death or property damage as a result of force majeure or for any other losses or damages incurred by any person or tour participants caused by any delay or change of itinerary or arising out of any act, including, but not limited to, any act of negligence, any person acting for, or on behalf of RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Demori for transportation, accommodation or sight-seeing provider or any other person or entity rendering any of these services or accommodations being offered in connection with these tours. RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Demori will not assume any additional expenses. On advancement of deposit to this agency, the depositor agrees to be bound by all of the above stated terms & conditions. Valid from 1/1-11/1/2014.
RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Demori retain the right to withdraw a tour or decline to accept any person as a member of the tour or make changes in the published itinerary whenever in sole judgment of conditions warrant or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the passengers. RMC Travel’s Body Mind Spirit Journeys & Demori are not responsible for any physical, emotional reaction or trauma or ailment, during the tour or occurring after the tour.
Insurance Protection Plan: We strongly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE to protect against cancellation fees and additional travel expenses that may incur before, after or during the trip. With your reservation confirmation, BMSJ will send complete details on its insurance program.
