An 8-Day Tour of England’s Sacred Sites

Depart from your home city to connect in New York for London

Arrival in London. Proceed through passport control and customs and we will be met by our representative and board our coach for the drive through the English countryside. Soon we arrive at famous Winchester, home to Winchester Cathedral and Castle, our headquarters for our tour. After time to refresh, we will have a welcome get-together to discuss our schedule over the next few days with our host Busty Taylor. Dinner and overnight in Winchester.

Avebury stone circle

Avebury stone circle

3rd day, SALISBURY & AVEBURY. We get an early start for Salisbury to see the famed Cathedral. Continuing on to Avebury, we explore the many energy points within the greater Avebury landscape, and the Avebury Stone circle. The area is considered one of the most powerful “Ancient Mystery School” centers. Perhaps we can explore some of John Mitchell’s theory about sound in this incredible energy area. Also included in our exploration will be Silbury Hill, the Sanctuary and Wayland’s Smithy before returning through the countryside where a majority of Crop Circles have appeared over the years to our hotel and dinner on our own.

Cerne Abbas giant

The Cerne Abbas Giant

4th day, CERNE ABBAS & STONEHENGE. After breakfast, a morning sightseeing tour of Winchester featuring the famous Cathedral. After lunch on our own, it’s on to Cerne Abbas Giant, cut into the hillside during Pagan times. We continue to the sacred site of Stonehenge for a private entrance tour and meditation at sundown at this sacred site. Will the Celestial alignment of stones in this place reveal secrets forgotten, information necessary for our future evolution? With senses full and expanded, we make our way back to Winchester for dinner, and time to reflect and process all that we have experienced this day.

5th day, TOURING GLASTONBURY, The entire day will be spent exploring the region steeped in Arthurian legend and once thought to be a portal to the underworld. In the middle ages the wooden coffin containing the remains of a chieftain king and his wife-believed to be Queen Guinevere-were unearthed by monks. We have time to explore our own psyches, as we contemplate and meditate on the myths and legends of this place. Dinner this evening on our own.
